Her background includes significant involvement in mergers and acquisitions, showcasing her proficiency in navigating complex business transactions. Furthermore, Krystal's experience in leadership development bolsters her ability to effectively manage finances, provide strategic guidance, oversee teams, and handle the financial aspects of a company with precision and efficiency.
Shane Thompson

We collaborate with Private Money Partners, Asset Lenders, SBA, or use creative terms to fund deals and share equity. As we scale businesses, partners and sellers are offered the option to be bought out at their current equity share or remain in the deal.
What We're Doing
We leverage decades of experience in finance, technology, and business structuring to create value through disciplined acquisitions and operational excellence. Our leadership team has not only executed acquisitions—most recently the purchase and scaling of Window Fellas, a residential window and door company in the Greater Seattle area—but has also successfully managed and grown large organizations at the Director and C-suite level. This depth of executive experience enables us to lead with both strategic vision and operational discipline.
